High Risk DUI Classification

Rogerian Solutions provides High Risk DUI Services. We provide immediate care and services at an affordable rate.

DUI offenders that have been classified as High Risk have to complete 75-hours of substance abuse treatment and engage in a continuing care plan after completing their 75-hours of treatment. The State of Illinois has reserved the High Risk DUI Classification for DUI offenders who displayed 4 or more symptoms of a substance use disorder at the time of their DUI evaluation: and/or within a 10 year period had a total of 3-DUI related arrests.

Only providers that possess the appropriate treatment licenses from the Illinois Department of Substance Use Prevention & Recovery may deliver your high-risk DUI Treatment needs. Your treatment needs will be determined by the results of a bio-psycho-social assessment that is conducted prior to your entry into treatment. Any treatment provider must conduct this assessment to appropriately determine your level of care and identify your exact treatment needs.

Rogerian Solutions is able to meet an offender’s high-risk treatment needs on an intensive and/or basic outpatient level. Rogerian Solutions is not delivering High Risk DUI Services Online.
