This is the one you want to go with if you are taking dui classes/treatment. Do not waste your time “shopping” around. They are informative and organized and lead a natural conversation that weaves in what basic principles need to be conveyed to the participants. But it is the honest-to-goodness kindness and caring they had for us that makes you actually glad you’re taking the class. Very unique. It’s a no brainer, folks: this is the one for you

Wish I could do more than 5 stars! John, LaKedra and Linda genuinely changed my outlook on so much after going through 40 hours total of classes with them. They make every single person there feel validated, capable of change, and appreciated. The social aspect of these classes is also a game changer, every person can chime in on the good, the bad and the ugly with no judgement whatsoever. I learned so much, and feel like the tools these services provided to me will last a lifetime bc of how easy and comfortably the hard work of the counselors affected my ability to receive the information provided. Coke take your classes here, I promise you won’t regret it!!! I cannot suggest this place highly enough!!

I am a resident of Iowa and I cannot drive in the state of Illinois to take any of my required classes for my court case. I was able to have my attorney get the approval from the judge that I could take online classes with Rogerian Solutions. At first I was skeptical coming from an Online Training profession background, however John and his team were fantastic. I was able to attend the classes without feeling as if I was being judged and hear of others personal experiences. We are all human, we make mistakes. I cannot say enough good things about John and his team. Lakedra was super sweet and helpful, along with Linda. I normally never post reviews but hopefully mine will help someone who was a skeptic like myself. It was very informational, eye opening and I have done a lot of self reflection from the classes I took. It is well worth the money!

The Purpose of a Court Ordered DUI Evaluation.

Illinois law requires that every individual arrested for driving under the influence in the State of Illinois to complete a court ordered DUI Evaluation prior to his or her DUI sentencing. The purpose of your DUI Evaluation is to determine the extent of your alcohol and/or drug use, including your risk to public safety. Such determination is made by a licensed DUI Evaluator assessing your past and present use of substances, including the DUI Evaluator reviewing your driving record. The State of Illinois has reserved Risk Classifications for DUI offenders based on their past/present use of substances, results or refusal of chemical testing, and history of prior DUI arrests. An offender’s assigned Risk Classification is provided to the adjudicating court through the offender’s completed DUI Evaluation. The criteria for each Risk Classification and the State’s minimally prescribed service/treatment can be observed by clicking each Risk Classification and the corresponding service/treatment links provided below:

As applicable, the Illinois Circuit Court will mandate the completion of these services/treatment. Nevertheless, the Illinois Secretary of State will require completion of the applicable services/treatment prior to fully restoring an individual’s driving privileges. Rogerian Solutions is licensed in the State of Illinois to deliver Minimal Risk, Moderate Risk, Significant Risk, and High Risk DUI Services/treatment.

DUI Evaluations For The Illinois Secretary of State, Including Eligibility Requirements For Administrative Hearings.

Rogerian Solutions specializes in  providing initial and subsequent DUI Evaluations for the Illinois Secretary of State. It is quite common for an individual to need an “Updated DUI Evaluation” conducted prior to having a hearing with the Illinois Secretary of State to receive a restricted driving permit, renew a restricted driving permit, or to fully restore driving privileges. This is due to an individual having an expired DUI Evaluation. In order to qualify for a hearing with the Illinois Secretary of State’s Department of Administrative Hearings, an offender’s DUI Evaluation can not be older than 180 days from the time of his/her hearing. There are instances when the the Illinois Secretary of State will request an individual to have an “Investigative Alcohol and Drug Evaluation” conducted. More information pertaining to an Investigative Alcohol and Drug Evaluation can be found by clicking Investigative Alcohol and Drug Evaluations.

Non-Illinois Residents: If you driver’s license is revoked in the State of Illinois for driving under the influence, please refer to the Illinois Secretary of State’s “Out-of-State Resident Reinstatement Application.” Page 2 of this application instructs Non-Illinois Residents to work with a licensed Evaluator/Treatment Provider within their State of residence.

A Common Question is, "Who Can Complete My DUI Evaluation?"

Please note, only providers that have met the standards of the Department of Human Services Division of Substance Use Prevention & Recovery may conduct your DUI Evaluation. The Division of Substance Use Prevention & Recovery provides specific DUI training and issues a specific DUI Evaluation license that providers must possess in order to conduct your DUI Evaluation. It’s highly recommended that you have your DUI Evaluation conducted by an experienced and skilled DUI Evaluator for the Illinois Secretary of State’s Department of Administrative Hearings. Rogerian Solutions possesses the licensing and qualified staff needed to conduct your DUI Evaluation. If you are in need of residential treatment or other services, please call 800-622-HELP (4357) to confidentially speak with someone, or click the SAMHSA Treatment Locator to find a specific provider closest to you!

Need to resolve an outstanding DUI/DWI/OWI offense that occurred in a different State?

Did you receive a piece of mail from the Illinois Secretary of State informing you that you are unable to renew your driver’s license until you resolve a DUI/DWI/OWI that occurred in another State many years ago? If so, you are not alone. Many States are now updating their driving record systems and are now reporting DUI offenses that occurred many years ago in the national driver’s license registry system. Many individuals are astonished when they receive such notification in the mail from an incident that occurred so many years ago. Individuals that receive such communication are typically unaware of what steps they need to take to address the incident in the period of time needed prior to renewing their driver’s license. If this is your situation, we can help you achieve resolving this old DUI offense that occurred in a different State.
