DUI Evaluation, Counseling, and Treatment
DUI Evaluation, Counseling, and Treatment

Basic and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Services for Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders.

Dependent on the results of an individual’s Treatment Needs Assessment, he or she may be placed into outpatient treatment at Rogerian Solutions. Rogerian Solutions delivers outpatient treatment to individuals that were arrested for driving impaired and received a “Significant Risk” or “High Risk” classification as a result of their DUI Evaluation. Rogerian Solutions also delivers substance use and mental health treatment to individuals that were not arrested for driving impaired. Although a DUI Evaluation has determined a specific amount of treatment hours a DUI offender has to complete, he or she will still have a Treatment Needs Assessment conducted in order to determine his or her exact treatment needs and level of care placement.

Only DUI Offenders that are engaged in treatment due to a DUI Risk Classification will have a predetermined length of treatment hours to complete, such as Significant Risk (20 hours) or High Risk (75 hours). In other words, if you are not mandated to treatment for a DUI, your length of treatment will be dependent on your actual need for services. Placement into basic or intensive outpatient services is fluid and will change based on your progress or lack of progress during treatment. Upon entrance into treatment, you will develop a collaborated treatment plan with your primary counselor that will be specifically tailored to your needs. Your developed treatment plan will be continuously updated and revised according to your treatment needs.

It is essential for a DUI offender to complete his or her treatment episode in order to gain full compliance with the court and/or restore their driving privileges with the Secretary of State. Hearing Officers from the Illinois Secretary of State will request key documentation from an Offender’s treatment episode to determine whether or not a restricted driving permit should be issued or full reinstatement should be granted.
