DUI Moderate Risk Classification

Individuals that have been classified as Moderate Risk are required to complete 10-hours of DUI Risk Education and 12-hours of Early Intervention Services. Rogerian Solutions provides Moderate Risk DUI Services online or in-person. The State of Illinois has reserved this classification for DUI offenders who:

1. have no prior conviction or court ordered supervision for a DUI, never had a prior statutory summary suspension, and never received a prior reckless driving conviction that was reduced from a DUI arrest; and

2. had a blood alcohol concentration level of .15-.19 or refused chemical testing at the time of their DUI arrest and/or;

3. displayed 1-symptom of a substance use disorder at the time of their DUI Evaluation.
